A layout by Amy to put a touch of love in the air!  Amy used the Heart Mini Boot Punch and the Simplicity Doily Border punch to make the lovely border strip that goes across the page. Paper and embellishments are from Carta Bella’s Devoted collection.

Summer might be winding down, but the Woodland Park collection from October Afternoon will have you reminiscing about blue skies, days in the park, and cute little critters!  Join me all week as I share a series of cards and layouts — featuring a number of Tonic tools as well as this delightful collection!

Woodland Park Feature – Day One

I loved the versatility of this collection!  At first glance, it seemed a little girly, but it really lent itself perfectly to some fun baby boy projects — as you’ll see in the layout and card below.

“love THIS FACE” — Featuring the Tonic Simplicity Pattern Dotty Border Punch

{products used}

October Afternoon – Woodland Park Collection – “cat tail pond” paper, “bunny tail trail” paper, “magpie field” paper, “willow path” paper, “minnow creek” paper, “birch hallow” paper, “old mill bridge” paper, word stickers (love), label stickers, flower sack, buttons, designer brads, alpha stickers and wrap pack.

Other – kraft cardstock, cream cardstock, turquoise thread, sewing machine

“Welcome little one!” — featuring the Tonic Simplicity Pattern Star Border Punch & Simplicity Pattern Scallop Diamond Punch

The card height is trimmed by 1″ so the border punch could extend past the fold.  The two banner pieces were created by snipping triangles off the tips with the Scallop Diamond Border punch.
